With over six years of experience across medico lending, residential and commercial finance, and asset finance, Bina brings a broad understanding of lending and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Known for her client-first approach, she takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and objectives, providing clear, tailored lending solutions that are aligned with their needs. Outside of work, Bina enjoys staying active through the gym, running, and most importantly, spending quality time with her daughter.

Roy

Business Development Manager

Roy is our Business Development Manager at Harrow & Co., building the relationships with the accountants, financial planners, buyers' agents and property professionals who refer their clients to us. He's the first point of contact for our referral partners, making sure every client who comes through is looked after properly and that the partner is kept informed from the first conversation to settlement. When not working, Roy is spending time with his family, travelling, or out on the golf course.

Credit Manager

Kevin is our credit manager at Harrow & Co. with over 6 years' experience in credit assessment at Westpac, giving him a deep understanding of the ins and outs of credit policies. His experience and expertise help ensure your loan is maximised, approved quickly, and that all options are properly considered.

Assessor

Bharat has + 3 years in credit assessment with ANZ, reviewing simple to complex deals. His experience and knowledge ensures that even the most complex deals are properly serviced and managed with care and precision from submission through to settlement.

Kris is a finance broker at Harrow & Co. who specialises in LMI waivers for healthcare professionals. As the first point of contact for our clients, Kris takes the time to understand your unique situation from the very first conversation, making sure you feel supported and informed right from the start.

Zanella is the teams key organiser, getting everything ready from reviewing your fact find and initial documents to ensuring your approvals with the lenders.

Joven is the team's settlement king, ensuring your settlement process is smooth and seamless from formal approval through to confirming your loan is all correctly set up post settlement. When not working, Joven is often training for the next fun run or playing volleyball.
